Curren$y – Priest Andretti Mixtape

Few guys in hip-hop release new, quality music like Curren$y does. Coming off the release of his album, The Stoned Immaculate, Spitta hits us with his latest tape, Priest Andretti. The tape features the low-key, stoner rap Curren$y has been known for, but as always the sound varies from his last offerings. The beats have an old-school feel that matches the various movie clips interspersed throughout.

Curren$y always likes to show love for his Jets crew, so Trademark and Fiend are featured on the tape. The most notable guest appearance  however, comes from the artist formerly known as Chip Tha Ripper (King Chip). As you will see from the track above, “For The Seasons,” Spitta and Chip make a solid duo given their affinity for all things green and the overall cadence of their flows.
